Pat's t-shirt quilt

Pat’s t-shirt quilt

Want to learn how to turn those drawers full of T-shirts you no longer wear into a loving keepsake? We can teach you how! This 3 hour class is $50 and is held March 13 at 10:00 AM and April 17 at 5:00 PM. Book now.

Learn the magical process of turning raw t-shirts into a display of memories. In this hands-on class, you’ll start with a few t-shirts and be guided through creation of a simple 2×2 finished quilt top. Bring 4 t-shirts that you’re willing to experiment with and learn from. Do not bring Tshirts that you will use in a future quilt.

You will learn how to lay out your quilt, cut apart t-shirts, iron on stabilizer, precisely cut the t-shirts for quilt placement, and sew the shirts together with sashing and border (optional). When you’re finished, you might want to use the quilt top as a wall hanging, pillow, etc., or we can work with you to finish the quilt with batting, backing, longarm quilting, and binding. Book now.
